TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. PAYMENT AND COMMUNICATION
1. Base prices for commissions are subject to change depending on the complexity of the piece requested.
2. Clients are expected to give payment for the commission before work begins via the PayPal invoice which will be given upon commission agreement.
3. Clients are encouraged to give feedback during the sketching process of the commission. Any changes made during these planning stages will incur no extra cost.
4. Minor revisions can be made after the commission is completed at no extra cost.
5. Major revisions can be made after completion, but they will incur an additional fee.

II. COMPLETION AND DELIVERY
1. Completed commissions will be sent via deviantART sta.sh, where it can be downloaded in full resolution. PSD versions of commission can also be requested at no extra cost.
2. Digital files will ONLY be sent by digital delivery via sta.sh upload or google drive download depending on the file size.
3. There will be no physical copy of the commission shipped out.

III. LIMITED LIABILITY, REFUND POLICY, CANCELLATION AND USAGE
1. Refunds; if the client cancels their commission before work begins, they will receive a full refund. If the client cancels and the work is half-complete, they will receive a 50% refund. If the client cancellation occurs during final colour and details, the client will receive no refund. If the artist terminates the commission, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the client.
2. The artist reserves the right to post the work on any social media site or as part of a personal portfolio. The client agrees that the artist retains all rights to usage of the work in this way, or in use in publication or prints.
3. The client retains right their respective characters, but does not retain the right to the work itself. That remains the sole property of the artist.
4. The artist reserves the right to refuse commission at any time.

In the event of a cancellation, the clients right to any artwork that has been sent (such as work in progress) will be revoked.
